Today, through research and the guidance of our people, our culture should lead to achievements in both art and construction. Our society is complemented by representatives of other cultures, many of them intend to accept our culture for reasons of sympathy and attraction. As in Democracy, our creativity takes many forms and there is no one size fits all model. Culture must exist for freedom, but we must be informed, understand what is best because it is useful, and not because of labels, our culture must give the right to be heard, promote desire and empower, for growth, for development.

Our community is not a meeting or planning meeting for the purpose of reports and assignments and the phony faith of its members, staying awake only during meetings and then falling back into hibernation, no. This is a format of communication between people whose goals include serving art and their own development, with a share of responsibility to the community format, which gives full expression to the will of people, protects their rights and interests and awakens their creative potential. Philosophy is the basic need of an individual. The passion that encourages others to listen to their Creator always comes from the heart, which is why Philosophy gives birth to the Personality itself, endows the individual with life. Modern culture expresses interest in innovation, green, nature, today this is a necessity, but it is the reason for true joy - Nature. It is also important in Culture to express the universal human values of peace, development, justice and freedom, to identify the concept of building a community with a common destiny, which for a particular culture means character. The victory of our society on the path to development, working on mistakes is a reason for inspiration for the nation when it feels pressed. Our society must find its own independent and unique path of development, we must provide our partners in developing countries with modernization, new practices and opportunities to achieve modernization.
